Your AI team, on call

You don't need to understand AI. You need to know someone who does

We keep up with what's possible with AI, work out where it could help your business, upskill your people, and build the important stuff.

The Opportunity

AI is a lot. It's also the first thing in decades that can shift the messy, repetitive work that drives your business

Every business has work that happens the same way fifty times a week, done by hand, held together by one person's memory and a spreadsheet everyone moans about.

It stayed that way for years because fixing it was too expensive to justify. That has changed with AI.

The trouble is, AI is such a noisy space and the goalposts keep moving. Every week brings new tools, new claims, and someone telling you you're behind.

Almost none of it applies to a business like yours, and working out which bits do is a full time job.

That's our job, not yours.

Your current view of AI

What we do

Your AI team, on call

01

We'll tell you what you need to know

Once a month, the things that actually moved and what they mean for a business like yours. No newsletters to read, no conference to go to, no working out which of this month's fifty tools is worth a look.

02

We'll find what to build next

We observe and listen for the high-priority work that keeps getting stuck. Then we put that together with what we know about AI and product, and show you what could be built in-house to move the needle on a problem you care about solving.

03

We'll build it for you

One retainer. Each month, the time goes into the highest-priority build. We dedicate two half-days a month purely to building it: the quoting system, the scheduler, the thing that's been on the list for three years.

04

We'll get your team using it

We sit with the people who do the work and show them how to use this themselves. The aim isn't to make you dependent on us. It's that your team gets good enough to get on with it, and you've still got someone to ask when it matters. Most in-house tools fail at adoption, not at the build.

Problems we solve

It's nearly always one of these

Different trades, same sore spots. You'll know within about four seconds which one is yours.

Most of these have been sitting there for years. AI can fix that.

Quoting & pricing

Every job priced by hand

The numbers live in one person's head and a spreadsheet they built themselves. Nothing goes out until they've looked at it, and they're away next week.

Whoever answers first usually wins the job.

Enquiries & intake

More coming in than anyone can answer properly

Everything lands in one inbox: the serious buyer, the tyre kicker and the supplier, and someone reads all of it before anything happens.

The ones you never came back to don't complain. They just go.

Scheduling & allocation

The rota is a spreadsheet nobody else can touch

Matching work to people takes half a day and holds fifteen constraints in one head. It gets rebuilt from scratch the moment someone calls in sick.

One person's leave and the week comes apart.

The same data, four times

Typed into the form, then the sheet, then the invoice

Four tools that don't talk, so someone re-keys the same details between them and quietly fixes the mismatches when they surface.

Two of the four are wrong, and nobody knows which.

Reporting & compliance

A day a month rebuilding the same document

Exported, pasted, reformatted, checked. The deadline is someone else's, the format never changes, and it's done by hand every single time.

A day a month, forever, for something three people skim.

The half built thing

Someone started it, and it stalled

Built in evenings by whoever was keenest, demoed once, about seventy per cent there. It still half-works, so nobody has replaced it.

Too broken to trust, too useful to bin.

Who we work with

What we're helping with, right now

Some of these started as one thing at the front of someone's monthly queue. Others were a build we scoped and priced first. All of them started with a meeting like the one we're offering you.

KitchensCape Town

Quotes now go out while the customer's still keen.

Costing a kitchen meant pricing every part by hand. They wanted to know if AI could take that on. Now their designers cost the job as they design it.

Margin right first time.

Vehicle leasingUK

Enquiries that used to leak, now landing.

Ads were working and the form wasn't. Now the customer gets something useful straight away, and serious leads land in the CRM.

Over a thousand enquiries in the first two weeks.

InnovationSan Francisco

Thirty years of thinking, no longer stuck in one head.

Her frameworks were used by big companies, but every job still needed her there. Now teams run the methods themselves, on a platform we keep building with her.

Now used by NASA.

AdvocacyScotland

Campaign research, done once, not every time.

The same research was being redone by hand for every campaign. Now it's done once, and everything downstream generates from it.

Four people, working like a team of hundreds.

TimberSouth Africa

Every bundle, accounted for.

Stock kept ending up in the wrong yard. They wanted to know where AI could help. Together we landed on a simple tool that packs loads properly and shows where everything is.

Less surplus, fewer delays, cash moving again.

PositioningUS

The house way, done by the whole team.

Their best work lived in a few heads. We helped them write it down, and now an AI tool the whole team uses produces it the house way.

New hires up to speed from week one.

Get started

Let's meet

We come to you or jump on a call. The meeting is on us. No brief, no budget, nothing to prepare.

You show us how the business actually runs. We give you the lie of the land: where AI really is right now, where it could be of use to a business like yours, and what we'd do about it.

Fair questions

The things people ask before they say yes

What if we barely use you one month?

Then it was a quiet month. You're not buying hours, you're buying having us there, and the quiet months pay for the ones where everything happens at once. If it stays quiet, stop. It's month to month for a reason.

So is the retainer just a way in to selling us software?

The retainer is the business. One ongoing relationship, month to month, cancel any time. Builds are part of it: two half-days each month on the highest-priority work in your pile. We'd rather keep a company for years than sell one big project and start again.

What counts as "one thing" on the retainer?

Whatever is highest priority that month. We put two half-days into it: the quoting system, the scheduler, the thing that's been on the list for years. Priorities shift, so we stay with what's at the front and do that properly.

Isn't the point that eventually we don't need you?

For the day to day, yes, and we'll push your team to get there. What doesn't stop is the ground moving. Every few months something arrives that changes what's possible in your trade, and someone has to notice it.

We're not technical in the slightest.

Most of the people we sit with aren't. That's usually the whole reason it's been sitting there for years.
